I am very pleased with my dentist office at Town Dentistry in Johns Creek. Being an abstract artist, I love seeing all the cool abstract art on the walls in their office. I always enjoy seeing Dr Johnson, Sara, Monique and staff. I feel that they do everything they can to help me with all of my dental needs. I appreciate them so much! Dr. Johnson was the best! She was thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease with the whole visit and know that I received a great cleaning by Sara the hygienist. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this practice to anyone!
Dr. Frodge has been my dentist for over 6 years. I have watched her business grow, and each time I go to an appointment, I'm blown away at the white glove service they provide. No pun intended. As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited the Town Dentistry office in Johns Creek. Let me tell you, I had one of the best experiences at a dentist office in quite a long time. The entire team was professional, friendly and really dedicated to providing the best stress free experience ever. Dr. Bussey is absolutely amazing! Even her assistant Blake is amazing! I highly recommend this dentist! She will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. I had a cavity filled that was giving me discomfort. She not only scheduled an appointment the day I called, but she also came in after hours (during traffic) to help me. I paid over $1,000 for a crown and then 2 months later they bill me for $10.50 and threaten to send me to collections if I do not pay. WTH. Never going back.
Never got past the front desk and the insurance issues. I got into a real confrontation with the lady on the phone. They didn't understand that I travel and am in meetings most of the day so unable to call them back. Found her to be unreasonable. My last dentist would have said "Hey, let's figure this out after we clean your teeth". That's how business should be done.
