Buyer Beware! I went to check out a 2020 Ford F150 advertised as a Certified Preowned vehicle. I worked with Wylie who was great. We get to the numbers and they added $4700 as dealer add ons!!! Claimed that it was the warranty! So the price they advertised online was bait and switch? I walked out and I will acknowledge that after sometime I contacted Wylie and his manager Tony Aguirre reached out stating that they can do internet price plus TTL. Keeping the warranty. Be careful! Disappointing that they waste your time all day. At the start of the process I asked if I could meet half way since it’s over 6 hours away from the dealer. They said that wouldn’t be a problem to do but then at the end the deal to go back on that with excuses on why I needed to come in. As a disabled veteran it is hard to be in vehicle which is why I clarified first or would have try another place. They like to play games with you. If you are not local I would avoid this dealership. They lack commutation skills b... read more

Had a great experience with Blake in Sales! But Ozzie in finance slipped in a MPP that I told him I did not want and the way I found out was when he emailed me the Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Contract. Now I can't get him to remove it and send me a new contract. MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE SALES CONTRACT AT THE DEALERSHIP! BAD BUSINESS!!!!! THIS GUY IS A FAST TALKER...BEWARE!!!!

Not a great experience, was lied to, and then was not helpful on helping to fix the car as needed, was just told to call the director who never called me back. Thankfully another car place helped me get the car fixed.

Bad customer Service, false information, charge extra fees without knowledge, worst part didn’t do the half of the work, I have to return hours later to get the job done, the place smells quite a bit like cigarettes, the crazy part When you prove to them that they are wrong, they get upset as if you were the one to blame.

No word on my truck and it’s been 3 weeks now. I do not recommend Town East Ford. I had to call to get a loaner. I should’ve been offered one since my truck is a King Ranch.

La lleve para remplazar una parte, me espere 3 semanas para que estuviera lista nunca me llamaron para actualizarme. La parte salio dañada y tuve que regresar. Le dieron un golpe en la puerta y no se lo arreglaron. Cuando lo arreglen les daré un buen review!

The service was terrible! I was not in contact with them the entire time. My service advisor said she was calling me and leaving me voicemails but that was not the case. 1star is me being very generous because i was unable to put 0 stars! They had my car for a month to put on new tires and do an alignment!! The tires came within 3 days of my car being there and they gave me the run around with those . Just horrible overall. -1000000

The front was great, Edger took great care of me and kept me informed. The problem came with the technician he was working on my car. I came in for a state inspection oil change 45,000 mile maintenance and tire rotation. It was found that there was an open recall on my vehicle and was asked if I wanted that to be done. I said yes to the open recall to be fixed, thinking that all the other had been taken care of at that time.
