Very satisfied! !! I really didn't think my chances of getting a vehicle were very good. My girlfriend recently purchased a car from here, so i figured I would give it a shot. I went in and filled out my guest sheet and credit application. I had the same salesperson. Thomas O'Doherty was very friendly and helpful. We found my vehicle very quick and they were able to meet my needs. The price was good too. I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes. Thanks Town East Ford.

Completely Satisfied. I had been car-less for 6 months when I reached out to Town East Ford... I didn't know if I would qualify, let alone get approved for a vehicle. I was playing phone tag with a few other dealerships and was getting discouraged. I was immediately impressed with Thomas O'Doherty. This salesman was friendly and knowledgeable! Service department less than helpful They really try to go the extra mile to help you out. Try them out you won't be disappointed. Would recommend to any friend.

Excellent service by upper management I want to say I wish I could take back the negative review I left recently. John Poe, who is the man to deal with came through for me. He listened to my concerns, he apologized for the process I went trough during my car buying experience. He emphasized that he will address the concers I had. He went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. That is what a dealership should do. He made me regain my confidence and trust with town east ford. Just bought a car from Andrew and he was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with BY FAR. He was patient with us and extremely knowledgable. Friendly guy who seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with everything. He could seriously teach classes on how to take care of new car client.

Service was great, got a loaner car also. Repair only took one day and Mike was able to get the repair covered under warranty. I would definitely recommend Town East Ford for their service, be sure to ask for Mike Jones.
