I went out there to look at the New Ford Mustang. I talked to the Internet before I went out there. The guys name is Brian. He made the process really easy. He made sure the car was there and had it pulled and ready for me to test drive. He is a funny guy by the way. In all, this is a great place to buy a car from. Fast, Easy and honest. Jennifer

Cas Answers my calls, I had service department issues, none of the managers would call me after I brought the car to service and I went there to talk to Trey and Tyler and the said they were going to fix it but it wasn't. On my way home the next day after the brakes shook badly a safety issue worse than before. No one called me when I had called back about the issues, and I am still having some vibration from the exhaust or possibly engine mounts.. Selling lemons and want ppl to pay for their mistakes very bad customer service not happy at all with the results and kept the car way to long and tried to force me to get another truck instead of fixing mine

They installed an aftermarket GPS tracker on my son's new 2025 F-150. It wasn't financed with them and wasn't required by the lending institution. I'm sure they have it in the fine print somewhere but wasn't disclosed to him in an open honest matter. It says all I need to know about how they do business and how they treat customers. Shady and dishonest at best.
Not sure if Bertha or dealer but beware they’ll add hidden add ons that’ll cost you because they can’t be taken off all they can give you is a simple “sorry”

The financial department is very sneaky . They jacked up my loan amount and said financial charges . They need to be honest and show everything in black and white before signing . They also jacked up the online price and said it’s dealers service fees . I ended up paying 3 K above the advertised price in the end .

This dealership will do whatever it takes to make a deal, even if that means violating the Texas Deceptive Practices Act and FTC Act Section 5: Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices.
