I received superb service for my routine maintenance at Town North. Michael told me exactly when the car would be ready, and there was no delay. Everything was done well, and I am very pleased.

Beware of this dealership. At the moment I'm not sure if they are negligent or wilfully delaying processes, but I intend to find out and report them. Three months after buying a car we still don't have our title paperwork. So many mistakes and delays and - the worst part of all is - they don't even care. We bought a car in April . Long story short, they ordered the wrong car, so we had to wait until early May for them to locate another car. I had an experience with the owner of Town North Nissan in 1995 and do not like Nissan because of him. The car I had servived at Nissan has been leased and through Nissan either.
the advisor Jose Guiterrez lacks good customer service.He disappointed me .
I'm always happy with Town North, been with them for years...they have always met my expectations and helped make things easier...even financially. Never wait longer than time given, usually out sooner.
