Poor Management. Take your business elsewhere. If you want to get treated like a number, even the DMV treats You better. The entire establishment is a joke. I’ve been through 2 general managers, a service advisor that never calls me back, and have had recurring issues with a brand new Titan with less than 4,000 miles. Also, don’t expect to get a call back from financing department after you’ve left them 3 voicemails and called countless times. Having had an incident a month or so ago where my service appointment that I made in advance was not honored (3pm appt with 3 hour delay when I arrived on time)....I thought customer service would have improved. First, I do have to say the service advisor, Christy, was extremely polite and friendly. The issue is not with her at all. The issue is that when my car was towed there, I spoke to someone at Town North Nissan who stated the Shuttle service was a 15 mile radius. I live 18 miles away, so I did not think much of it.
