They are always on time and professional. No push to do unnecessary work to your vehicle. Early appointments are best.
Went in with a 7:30 appt for oil change and rotation. Also, wanted to get a few questions answered on some minor issues while still under warranty. Was a slow morning for them so no wait to check in. My service advisor was great! Very disappointed in the waiting area. They have really went cheap with coffee and POWDERED junk creamer. Really? Tells me they have no appreciation of their customers. Cost cutting should not come at expense of customer satisfaction. I'm going to move my appts to Cedar Park Nissaan from now on.
