My service advisor Anthony is great, however I feel the technicians are INCOMPETENT. I purchased a set of defective tires about a year and a half ago and I have complained about a vibration since I've had the tires. Each time I've gone for service I've asked them to check it out and they have recommended a new rim for $700 (which I purchased, not from them) several rotations and balancings which didn't fix the issue.
