I bought my second Nissan Rogue from town north, I unfortunately lost the first one in an accident. When I texted to see if I could get my same salesman, Hardy answered and I was set up to go the next day. There's not a nicer dealership to buy a car, they're Fair they're friendly and they're very professional.
I've been going to Town North Nissan for a year now. Every time everyone is super friendly and helpful. They randomly will offer thanks to their customers by giving a free service here or there. They work very hard. I'm glad I go to them.
Town North Nissan quickly diagnosed the problem with my tire, and since it could not be fixed, also quickly replaced the damaged tire, which they had in stock. The service writer was professional and accommodating. Thank you.
We turned our Altima in on Saturday. Their computer software was messing up and they were jumping through hoops to take care of customers the best they could. We were there for a few hours waiting for them to diagnose the issues. They gave us a courtesy ride so we could get breakfast. When we returned they still hadn't finished but they kept us informed.
