I have been meaning to write this review for a number of months and finally took a minute to type my thoughts out. I bought a 2017 Titan XD from them in October and found the buying experience to be 2nd to NONE. They went above and beyond to be open, honest and generally helpful. Above all their price beat anyone in Houston, Austin or San Antonio. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a new Nissan.

Been going since I moved to Austin in 2013. Service agent is always friendly, but more then half the time I go in for simple maintenance(oil change, tire rotation) I'm there for 3+ hours waiting. They always tell me when they start working my vehicle and it doesnt take them long to complete my car, but they are always backed up and need more engineers on the floor to get through the demand. I love the service I get at Town North Nissan!! Today I had Mike helping me out, who was spectacular! I brought in some estimates from my last trip there to get a few things done, and they were able to offer even better deals/discounts than originally quoted! Financially it was a win! They also had everything completed in a timely manner and Mike popped in often to update me on the process and when it would be ready. This has also been my experience the last 3 times I’ve visited..
