I have always had an exceptional experience each time I have taken my cars to Town North. Everyone there is a consummate professional and very courteous. The mechanics are knowledgeable and determined to insure your vehicle gets the attention it requires and deserves. This was my first exposure and experience with Jase, he is one special service representative. I had transmission issues, two expired warranties, a car that sounded bad, but Jase made the experience a pleasurable one.

They insisted they sold me an extended warranty that was a Nissan Gold bumper-to-bumper warranty. What they sold me was neither backed by Nissan nor bumper-to-bumper. I would have never bought the warranty if I had known. Now it is $260 to cancel it. I am willing to change my rating if they do the right thing and take care of this. (Update: This has been fully resolved, the dealership stepped up and got me the warranty I originally wanted.)

Had a minor key issue with the leaf. They took care of it at reasonable cost. Also fixed another recall issue. Serviceman was great. One of the better auto service experiences I've ever had.

I made an appointment for the early morning on a Saturday. When I arrived, my information couldn’t be found in the system and I had to recount my car woes from the beginning. I went with a service tech for a test drive. I was told the problems I was experiencing were probably due to contaminated fuel and that my only saving grace was that my check engine light was on.
