I love this dealership, they have given me a very positive impression of Nissan! I have a leaf and have dealt primarily with just their service department, but they have definitely won me over with their customer service, warranty support, etc! I can't tell you how amazing it is to drive out of a dealership and not have to pay anything because everything was covered by the manufacture. Very rare experience in this day and age of "extended warranty" sales etc.

I have been using Town North Nissan since the 1980s and have always bought Nissan’s. We recently bought a Nissan Cube from CarMax. Soon after, the car broke down and we took it to CarMax for service. They let it sit there for almost a week, saying they didn’t know it was even there. I had it towed to Town North and relaxed. From the service manage to Isaac and beyond, they kept in touch with me, while they diagnosed and fixed the problems.
