Great experience At Town North Nissan I had a great experience!! I went in to get an appraisal on my car and the Manager Carlos and the salesman Terrell were really good to me and my husband. They both went out of their way to try and help me get what I was interested in. First option didn’t work out and so I thought I was done then the next day I get a call from Terrell and he said Jenna I have something even better, next thing you know I go in and end up leaving with my new Lexus! My New goto Service Center My father owned a car shop growing up and I can tell if a service center is fooling or taking advantage of me being a woman. I would not dare do my own oil change though like my brother. This is the first time I brought my car here from Boston and so far my adviser, Steve did okay (just ok since it was only the first time I came here), he informed me every step of the way and explained every detail of the service needed to be done. Location is convenient.
