Don’t be fooled. Ryan Campbell made this place such an energetic, fun and caring environment. Every great review is because that man cared for his tenants. Now we have a company that only cares about adding on to rent. There’s no sense of fixing this place up, good luck getting a maintenance issue resolved within 24 hours and when they forget to charge something on to rent they want to amend your current lease, or just charge you for the months THEY forgot. used to be a decent place to live, now people's drug suppliers are able to starts trouble with you. people get an apartment somewhere else.

Townway Place has been nothing short of outstanding. Ryan and his team are ALWAYS available, very accommodating, and get to any problems the same day. Even being right off Vermilion, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Very close to anything you need, and Planet Fitness now right across the yard. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thanks Townway!
