As always everyone was excellent. James took care of my car and found a screw in my tire that I knew nothing about, had it removed and plugged and I was on my way, with a newly washed and clean care. Thanks to all at Deerfield Toyota

I love this dealership! I have purchased and leased cars from them in the past and service all of my cars with them. Great customer service! now with social distancing as part of our lives I felt very comfortable with all policies being taken into consideration. Door handles were cleaned on the restroom doors several times while I waited. All staff were wearing masks and very conscious of spacing.

I had another great visit today. Manny was able to get my entire 50,000 mile service done while i waited. I also appreciated the fact that everyone was wearing masks, one employee was cleaning all the common areas and the facility was spotless. Nice job
