First time dealing with service department at Toyota Deerfield, I met Manny. I had told him of a less than favorable experience at another Toyota location. He treated me like a VIP customer, from the very moment we interacted. My service was for a recall item. He ordered the part, called to advise the part arrived and promptly arranged to have the vehicle scheduled. Done right and on time as promised. Very pleased. This is for a car that is out of warranty. He treated me as if I just purchased a new vehicle.
This is my third lease with Toyota. Every deal has been done with the same sales person, Bonnie Schafer. Each time she gave me exceptional and professional service!
