Simply the best! This is by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Bonnie Shafer and her team are rock stars. I got exactly what I wanted and everything they told me upfront was exactly what they delivered. That is extremely rare in the car business. New car Started my search online and was connected to Angel Russell who was great getting me a No haggle price. Then handed me off to Kyle at dealership in Deerfoeld beach. He was Great..he priced out a few vehicle's i was interested in and then we made a deal. All the staff was great. My Wife has had her car in for service and also said the service department was Great. He paid careful attention to even the smallest details, provided explanation in layman's term, and ensured I was updated on how the service was progressing. Furthermore, Henrique was polite, articulate, and made me feel appreciated and valued.

Great setvice Manny was great to work with. He took care of me and was polite and professional. The amenities in the dealership are great while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced.
Service was fast and friendly. Mario was great! My battery was under warranty, so it was replaced with no charge. Everyone there was very helpful.
I want to thank the good service that André and Felipe provided me. especially André who gave me all the support and agility with the documentation I needed. I want to report here also the disregard of employee Mario with customers, because my car was ready for some time and I was not informed that could already remove it.
I was at Deerfield Toyota for routine service. A few items were pointed out but I was not pressured at all on anything. Faith was very fast and efficient.
