This dealership is simply amazing. During COVID-19 being inside I have been shopping for cars online and came across Toyota of Deerfield Beach. Excellent new car buying experience. Bonnie Shafer was Excellent new car buying experience. Bonnie Shafer was very straight forward and Honest. Omar from the parts department was very helpful. I went to three other dealerships before this one for this purchase. The entire staff from sales, parts to finance were very knowledgeable and worked hard to earn my business.

Larry the service manager was very pleasant and professional. I thought I was coming in for just an oil change but Larry informed me that they needed to rotate the tires and check the little computer screen for any defaults. The best part is that all of these things that had to be accomplished only took about 40 minutes. At the end I asked Larry if he could set up my phone to the car and he found someone to do that for me. Way to go Toyota!!!
