Everyone is very professional and friendly at Toyota of Deerfield Beach. I am very happy the Service Department is open on Sundays. I work 6 days a week and having the option to have my vehicle serviced on Sundays just made my life that much easier.
Very honest, courteous, and professional service department. I arrived and was greeted right away. He called when my car was ready and recommended services but was not too pushy about It. I am very satisfied with the service department. Manny was very nice.
Excellent service My appointment was with Faith for 20,000 mile service and oil change was excellent! The team was thorough. My tires were checked and wipers replaced. The car was washed before returning to me. All while I waited.
Visit I had an oil change and some additional work on the Prius recommended by the service advisor. Work was done promptly and the cost was reasonable. Advisor Frank was courteous and helpful.
Good experience Henrique was so helpful and nice. Good customer service and happy person. Hes a person who make customer feel welcome and comfortable and he know how to talk to customers. Im very happy with the service and how he handle my tire issue.
