Very pleasant- Ed Malec was our sales person & was not pressuring & very helpful with information about the vehicle. He was also helpful with a little glitch we had with our trade in.

Returning Customer Tried another dealership —at suggestion of friends. sorry I did. Anyway, glad to be back at Deerfield—so glad to see Mike—great service advisor. Also reported to manager that some Toyota employee was racing a white SVU with flags around the parking lot at a ridiculous speed. An insurance disaster waiting to happen.
Always great service Service is always great and everyone is great. The coffee that is offered is not great. Hendrick's Honda and Phil Smith Kia have great coffee...just saying. Service Review Took car in for 25k mile service. Faith provided excellent customer care service. Completed intake quickly and car was ready and even cleaned before designated pick up time.
Never disappointed I have been a customer if this dealership for years and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else! My service advisor, Karl, is amazing and is very personable. He definitely goes above and beyond when dealing with customers, treating them all like family, as far as I can tell. I have and will continue recommending this dealership to my friends.

Great service and very friendly It has the best quality service and friendly employees with outstanding customer satisfaction. I have also noted the great complimentary coffee and chocolate for those that need to wait for their cars in service.
