The first service department I can trust! Toyota of Deerfield is the first service department that I feel I can trust. From their professional phone assistants, to their friendly and helpful employees, I have received exceptional service. I have been to many dealerships including Orlando that have either given me the runaround or tried to convince me to have unnecessary work or servicing done. I have never encountered that at this location and the main reason I keep coming back.
Customer service was wonderful! I highly recommend Deerfield Toyota. They made my decision on buying my new Highlander effortless! Nelson Reina was thorough and answered all my questions with ease. Thank you!

outstanding Customer Service I was greeted by Frank, who knew my name when I pulled up. He was very kind, even engaged in friendly conversation outside of the car. He really seemed to care. I was told the work would take an hour and a half and it took exactly that. The waiting room is really a very nice lounge area. Really impressive area. The best Toyota Dealership I have been too. I hope this gets passed along to Frank.
