Nelson on the ball We were looking for a specific car & Nelson was keeping an eye open for it. There were three other dealerships doing the same, but it was Nelson who came through. He handled everything professionally from start to finish. For someone who is new to the car business he is off to a good start. Excellent!!! Karl is a life saver! I have never had a greater experience at a dealership. Even though it was a little busy, he got me checked in and let me know exactly what was going to be done. Service Karl, were great ,very friendly great smile really have great customer service skill. Live in west palm beach , but always come to this Toyota, for service. Only had problem once had to wait 5 hours for an oil change.

Great car deal! 2019 Toyota Camry XSE Already 4th car business with Toyota of Deerfield, this team is great .. Oswaldo was our salesman, he did everything he could to show the car and explain all the features for different models. These managers, Ana and Robert, worked hard to get the deal for us. I also need to mention Ingrid (Financial), she explained all the commas and points on the contract. The attention they gave us was exceptional and excellent as always.
