Alex Stoughton was recommended to us as someone who was a pleasure to work with & would do everything in his power to make sure we left happy. I would highly recommend the deerfield toyota ship to my friends. The entire staff was very friendly. Bonnie did a wonderful job from the start to finish, she promised me that she will help me and she did. Hope she get's a pay increase because she deserves it.

I had a great overall experience at the Toyota of Deerfield Beach dealership. I have always dreaded car shopping, but with the help of Bonnie and Pablo it turned out to be great. It was fast, fun and to put the icing on the cake we were able to get a fantastic deal on a 2011 Rav4. I will definitely recommend anyone to come to this dealer and always ask for Bonnie!

Bonnie Shafer was wonderful. She was a true customer advocate, going to bat for us through the entire process. Her knowledge and explanation of everything from the paperwork and charges, to how things worked on the new vehicle was exceptional. The entire dealership was welcoming and friendly to us and our little dog. I would definitely recommend Deerfield Beach Toyota to anyone purchasing a car and I would tell them to ask for Bonnie.

People were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. My only complaint is that the process took as long as it did. We spent 5 and one half hours at the dealership between the time we walked in for our test drive and the time we finally drove out with the car of our choice. Lots and lots of paperwork and lots of time "waiting around." I suppose, however, that's to be expected when turning in one lease vehicle and leasing a new one.

Matt Woodward was very nice and very helpful. He did not try to sell me something I did not want and was not pushy at all. I have had some bad experiences buying a car in the past, but this experience surpassed them all. There was fun, laughter, and celebration! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great to work with and made the experience very satisfying and comfortable. Thank you Matt, Gene, and Pablo I love my Toyota!
