In all the years my husband and I have purchased cars, we have NEVER had such a nice experience with a car dealership and sales staff. David McDeigan went out of his way to make sure that the car we purchased had the features we were looking for. He worked with us to make sure that we were happy with our new 2011 Camry. My husband and I feel that Deerfield Toyota is extremely lucky to have David in their employ.

Dealt with Bonnie Shafer, very professional and offered great customer service. I knew exactly which car I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. We agreed on price and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Painless transaction. I will not hesitate to do business with again.

Matt Woodward was one of the best Salesmen we have ever Matt Woodward was one of the best Salesmen we have ever worked with. He was not pushy and took the time and had the patience to make the sale. What a great young man! Jamie Garces was also fantastic to work with. He was very calm and answered all of our questions. What a pleasure to deal with both gentlemen.

Bonnie is fantastic! She held my hand every step of the way. She also called me the next day and asked about how the surprise went with the family! Bonnie asked me questions to feel out what I was looking for and nailed it! Bonnie and the staff made me feel like family the moment I stepped foot on the lot! Thank you for everything!!!

I have nothing but praise for the experienceI had at Toyota of Deerfield Beach. My salesperson Bonnie was the best. I had talked to her on the phone before my visit and she was nice and friendly. When I arrived at the dealership Bonnie greeted me and treated me like I had known her for years. Pablo made the whole finance and paperwork process smooth and easy. Truly the best car dealer I ever worked with. Bonnie Shafer, my salesperson, was great. She is both personable and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered at the dealership. She even answered my e-mails in the evening when I had a minor concern! In addition, Pablo Zambrano Andrade the Finance Manager was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend going to Deerfield Beach Toyota to buy or lease a car.

There's a reason why everyone here has given nothing but 5's across the board, you have to go to Toyota of Deerfield to check out the experience for yourself. My experience leasing a Toyota Camry was quick, pleasant and straightforward and now I understand why Bonnie is one of Toyota's better producers nationwide in terms of sales volumes; it showed last week when I leased my 2011 Camry SE. Bonnie is the best! She goes way beyond for Customer Service and is a great asset to the dealership. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and informative - it made for a pleasant buying experience. Not your typical car dealership - would highly recommend buying your car here!

All the staff was friendly and attentive. Bonnie, my salesperson, was even more so: she is a superstar. Her responses and follow up through email, text and by phone were always quick, positive and honest. This was my 4th purchase/lease with Bonnie; my mom and two of my sons have also bought cars from her. I won't go to anyone else!
