I picked up my new 2012 Highlander from this dealership last night. To say my experience with them was great would be an understatement. I visited two other local Toyota dealerships(Al Hendrickson and Ed Morse) and they couldn't come close. Al Hendrickson actually tried to sell me the same car for $5000 over the MSRP. Are they crazy? Ed Morse's pitch was no dealer fees which is great except they will lowball $2000 less than what your trade-in is really worth. Bonnie Shafer was excellent -- very down to earth -- not pushy. She went above and beyond to help me. On the down-side, I was disappointed with the price of the 2011 Corolla that I leased. However, this was not Bonnie's fault. I should have done my homework.
