While looking online for a used Sequoia with low mileage, I found my 2008 blue Sequoia at the dealership (5 hours away). Bonnie spent a lot of time on the phone with me and examining the vehicle to make sure I felt confident that my drive to Deerfield Beach would be worth it. I was very pleased with the friendliness and integrity of the sales department and the general manager. I have already recommended the dealership and Bonnie to friends.
Robert Ogust GM and Zach Bell made the difference between my decision to lease a new Toyota Corolla or head over to Pompano Honda next door. I am a TUFF customer, very difficult to deal with because "I always do my homework first" Toyota wants there customers back and as AMERICANS we have lost faith in foreign companies. Horrible sales dept They will sell you a lemon car then try to get you to get the warranty to cover the lemon car after telling you it’s fine lies I’ve talked to multiple people with the same problem buyer BEWARE

Last time I come to your location. You charge a credit card fee, but you don’t disclose this when someone books an appointment. I called and booked the oil change, and while I should have asked the price, your staff simply scheduled it. No cost was mentioned, and no one said, “By the way, we also charge a credit card fee.” I’m sure that omission is intentional, because if you were upfront, your cancellation rate would be much higher.
