Bonnie was a dream to work with my wife and i got a 2013 Corolla and a 2013 Rav4 she made it as hasel free and as quick as possible non of the constant dealer haggling and entire day spent trying to close the deal we walked in and out of there with 2 new cars in less time that most dealerships take to get you a test drive.
My experience was great, they took really good care of me and my family and helped me get the best car i could. The best part is that they didn't act like other dealerships by trying to sell me something i didn't need, they really went above and beyond what they were suppose to do to make sure i walked put happy.
Our recent 'car buying' experience at Toyota Deerfield Beach was the most pleasant that my wife and I have ever experienced. Doron is a consummate professional and he guided us to a very good car at a very good price. We got exactly what we were looking for...and more. This dealership made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Ana and Carlos, my sales associates, went above and beyond to made it as easy as possible for me to get the car I want at the price I want. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, and best of all, not putting the pressure on me. It totally changed my perspective of how I used to feel about dealing with car dealerships and salesman. It shouldn't be painful and can be fun. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
This was the most pleasant car buying experience I can remember. The salesman peter bailey was professional, courteous and honest as was mark bedel the sales manager. They along with the finance team of alan greenspan and billy hasson put forth their best effort to see this deal go through. I would highly recommond toyota of deerfield beach to anybody in the south florida area looking for a new or late model used car.
