Took my car for a week to fix power steering leak! Never fixed leak charged me$ 2258.00 For rack and pinion they supposedly installed. When I asked to see parts removed from my car , they didn’t have them! Left dealer with car still leaking, they over filled reservoir to try to hide their incompetence! Service manager did call and refund my money! However I was on vacation for a week with no car, and feel I am owed more compensation for a rental car and messing up my vacation. The service person was okay, but the actual service to the car was terrible. When the car was returned to me it made a terrible noise. My appointment was late in the day so the service person had left. They called him back in to fix my problem. I was only getting an oil change and a tire rotation. Someone from service took it to the service area and returned 20 minutes later. I’m not a mechanic but I suspect they forgot to put oil in the car. I came to purchase a new Sienna van. The sales person Joel was great. When it came time to finalize the deal, general sales manager Chris was involved. He promised to add rubber floor mats to the deal at no additional cost. Rubber mats had to be ordered because they weren't available at the time of purchase. I was also told that the carpet mats weren't sent with the car to the dealership by Toyota so they would need to be ordered as well. I received the call from Joel that mats came in. Everything has changed a lot at Toyota, every time I did any service the car was washed, but not anymore.

Recently had great service manager, but most have been awful. I had an oil change months ago and my splash shield fell off while driving on highway. The shield is scraped up, but useable. No offer to replace or replace even a “sorry”. Sloppy shop. Usually rude service managers.

Incredibly disappointed with the service I received at Deerfield Beach Toyota during my recent visit. When I called to schedule my appointment, I never received any confirmation. I had to call the dealership myself the morning of the appointment to confirm. After dropping off my car at 8:45 AM, I never received a call letting me know it was ready. Very dishonest not helpful at all would not recommend this to any friends or family love the car, but the service is horrible. It possibly may. One of my worst experiences.
