We met Bonnie 4 years ago when we were shopping for a truck for my husband. She was wonderful then and she was wonderful now. I had a Chevy lease that was due and so I knew I needed to shop and because I felt so comfortable with Bonnie in the past, I figured I would go see Bonnie. I gave Bonnie a call late Friday afternoon. Bonnie was a pleasure to work with, explained all options for leasing and financing. Explained all the features of the car, the dealership was great had coffee and drinks. Great experience all around.
I made my deal with this dealership because of the Sales Person, Bonnie Schafer. She represents the dealership with fairness and professionalism. We will do future business and will pursuade our children and friends as well.
Since I entered the Dealership I was very well received and treated by the aforementioned officials. All my expectations regarding the business were excellently satisfied. In my subsequent visits the same treatment has been meted out to me. So I'm very grateful to them. Also, I'm happy with the deal done.
From the minute we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by a pleasant employee of the dealership. The service attendant was very helpful in us understanding what needed to be done on our vehicles. The price was reasonable.
This is the 4th car I purchased from Jerry Holsman. Every time I came in he takes the time to go over everything about the car I am interested in. He doesn't stress me like most other salesman do. I was treated like family from the time I arrived. I had brought my 2011 Highlander that had been leaking water onto the floor mats. Another South Florida dealership where I had purchased the car new tried to charge me $1100 even though the car was still under warranty. At Deerfield Toyota the car was repaired, washed and Armorall applied to the tires while I waited, all covered under warranty.
