I can only discuss my first time experience using the Toyota service. I like the idea of advisors. My advisor warmed up to me after my initial meeting. He was a little defensive probably beaten down by rude customers. I think Toyota is doing a great job but I can see ways to improve the experience without making a lot of adjustments. UT us the little things that make all the difference. I was told my cost would be 140 but it was only 90. That was an awesome surprise ! Will try them again. I love my 2012 Toyota Highlander !
