I had a very tough situation and they were able to help me. They went over and beyond for. The customer service was amazing and the sales man Juan was the best! He really helped me. Deerfield Toyota is the only service center I have used in the past 17 years. I came in today, without an appointment and met with my service advisor, Manny. He told me he could have my tru k serviced (oil change & tire rotation) and I was out of there in about 90 minutes. The facility was extremely clean and the mask policy was enforced in the waiting area.
