Service was Okay, but long! What earned them 2 stars in my book was poor follow-up. The service department made a visible scratch on my vehicle that was not there prior to my oil change. I left a message to my service adviser and the service feedback lady that call and got no return phone calls or an apology from anyone! Not even a resolution to fix this issue has been made! This is what happens when you take a Lexus to a Toyota dealership! I do NOT recommend their service!
I have used this dealership multiple times over the years. In every case they have taken me for granted. They have returned my car filthy and covered with grease. They offer a "wash" but the streaks are so bad why even bother. The problem is that there does NOT seem to be a good Toyota service center in south Florida. I can't recommend this dealership but I can't recommend those around it and believe I have tried all but Al Hendrickson. Maybe I will try them but based on the Yelp reviews. . . . not expecting much.
