Their service advisors are the rudest people ever. I have multiple different ones and each one I feel like I'm inconveniencing when I get there. This past time I had Jeff. After waiting 15 mins for Jeff I asked him if he could have someone look at my drivers side window as it seems to stick badly when you roll it up and down. If you take you car for any service here, take a printed estimate of what you are expected to pay. They will tell you one amount on the phone just to bring you in the door, and then will jack up the prices when its time to pay. I was quoted $180 for a tire, and when the bill came out , the tire was priced at $210. I told them, I am not paying . Then in a few minutes , the price came down . They don't realise that they are losing customers trying to make a few bucks. I will have tires from Costco the next time, thank you
Don't go there for anything! The people are not professional at all! I had problem with my tag and car registration (2 months ago), the seller doesn't care about you after your purchase the car and now I just left from the service department and they are horrible as well!!!. The dealership sold me a lemon and refuse to fix it or give me any reasonable options. I've had the car 1 year and since month 1 it's had bad engine. I would like to preface this complaint by saying that I have made numerous attempts to get the situation rectified by the dealership before making this formal complaint. Deerfield Toyota calls me to schedule a appt. for a recall on my 2016 tacoma on Sat @9.30. I show up at 9.30 and after 40 minutes they tell me they cannot complete he job in 1 day , can i come back on Tuesday. Well i already cancelled work for the day , so I asked for a free oil change or something for my wasted time. I was told sorry. NOTHING!... Go to Delray Toyota ,, the customer service here is really bad.
Do not go in this place. You cant trust these guys. You ask a inquiry about a service and when you go there they charge you invisible fees . Also they tell you will wait for 3 hours but you stay there for 5 hours . The worst place ever .
I went there for a oil change service on my 2005 Toyota Highlander. They were the last ones to touch my car I started to notice that oil was low so I looked for leaks and I hadn't seen any. So I threw oil the engine because I recently just did the change. While I was on 95 driving my car shut off on me. I took it to another dealer and they said that they didn't do a proper oil change that the oil filter came off very easily. My engine blew and now I don't have a car from their careless mistake. Will never go again.
I had a bad experience with a service adviser named Manny. I left my car for a repair overnight. A simple repair (tire replacement and oil change). He assured me that the vehicle would be ready by 9 the next morning. I emphasized that I needed the car by 9:00 sharp because I had to be 3 hours away at noon the next day. About two weeks ago we decided to change our 2005 4Runner for a new one. We were approved by World Omni for a 3.15%. While I was signing the paper, I told the Finance Manager, Veruska Bermjo that I was pre-approve in a different dealer for 2.99% that I wanted to have the same interest rate and after pulling a flyer she showed us that the best they can do was 3.15%.
