The most "interesting" place to purchase a vehicle. I never visited a car dealership that PROMOTES SEGREGATION and a form of DISCRIMINATION OPENING among the sales management staff and upper management. I love my home country of Brazil but I live in this country for over 15 years. Speak and write fluent English and college educated. I called and emailed John Dearing yesterday because I received two tickets because they failed to register my car or my tag. The county clerk told me a need a letter from Deerfield Toyota stating that they were responsible for the late registration. I showed the clerk that they sent me a check but she asked for a letter. They could care less the stress this situation has caused me and I've have to leave work to go to court. Toyota has not contacted me or acknowledged this situation, so what do I do?

Couldn't get anyone to wait on me, done with this dealer. I walked away. Got my car at another dealer who was able to wait on me.

I had a female advisor I think her name was Francesca. Worst customer service attitude. Not helpful, no sympathy, and would not assist me with my vehicle. I feel as if the moment I said I needed a recall service done she pushed me aside and was just trying to get rid of me. I even said I had other work I wanted to get done on the vehicle and she was just uninformative, did not want to work with me or even care that I was going to be a paying customer for other service. If you don't have to go this shop just don't bother.

lied about replacing brakes and rotors at time of sell. would highly suggest buying cars somewhere else. they want to play with you life. brakes cause wrecks, and end up in lawsuits

Used to be the best service but times changed. Made an appointment and was told now a 2 hour wait. Complained now I get a shorter wait with no car wash. Good service is now gone!

The 2 Sales people I dealt with were not great. One was very nice but simply inexperienced and knew little about the car I was interested in (i.e. the battery warranty). The other salesman, Duane, treated me like I was born yesterday. He gave me the wrong information about options and features for the trim I wanted - I discovered this when researching the car further online. They did not have the color and trim I wanted so he located a vehicle at another dealer, but it did not include the options I requested. I would have co... read more
