Came in to looked at a 17 Tacoma to replace my 17 wrx sti. Sales person and finance assistant didn't want to help with my situation and pretty much showed me the door. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend this dealership to any. I've been in the automotive business for 14 years and have never been turned away without any help such as this

On June 2016 my Husband and I purchased a Camry 2014 for our grandson to attend College. A ON-GUARD Package was given to us for free by Ms. Tyra Lee in the finance Dept. I pointed out that she charged us $199.00 at the time of sale. Tyra, promised me that she took the $199 of something else, which I trusted her to do so which was not the truth at all. This guys are a joke worst place for buy a car and the sales manager it's another joke and a lier! Don't trust on that guy they said that they want to help you out, they just want to take your money and make you over pay for whatever car you want !

I have a 2014 Toyota Corolla and about 4 months after getting my car, my trunk broke. Someone tried to stuff too many things in my trunk, and was slamming it so hard, my trunk broke. I took it into Toyota and the service guys gave me an estimate. Over $2000 because "my whole trunk" needed to be replaced. If no stars were possible, That's what I would give them. They are liars. I came in with pre approved financing from capital one. And Dwight Flatt lied and said that capital one changed the deal and required a bigger down payment. I called capital one when I left that dealership and they said the deal they offered me was still the same with no money down. If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. Don't ever buy a car from this place. They are all crooks with no sense of responsibility. I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper here in late April and thought I had made a great purchase. Turns out that within 3 months the car broke down 3 times from the same fault. They fixed it the first time out of embarrassment and worked well for about two and a half weeks and broke down again. My family (mom and dad) have been using this dealership for almost 2 decades. I've been going to them since I got my Tacoma in 2013. However, I can safely say I won't be going back there ever again. They overcharge for every service, they take forever, and most of the time I end up having problems just days after I bring it in for service. I went in last week to trade in my Prius for a certified pre-owned, but newer Prius. I "bought" a very nice one, good price, although the process was no fun. AFTER all the paperwork was signed, and AS I WAS TRANSFERRING MY BELONGINGS TO THE NEW CAR, the used car manager came out to tell me that the car I had just bought was already sold!!!! If you want to buy a car from them, it is ok but if you want to solve a problem one year later, forget them, because they will have forget you too.... After an accident, I tried to have my car repaired with them and they almost declined. Wrong informations, wrong persons or absents..... Just be aware the notion of "service" is fluctuating :(
