Quality Customer Service & Repairs I purchased my 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid from this dealership & have brought it for every one of its regular tuneups (which I did today). I have always been treated with wonderful Customer Service & fairly priced tuneups. Plus their Waiting Room is clean & spacious & has two very nice complimentary coffee machines with many delicious choices!
Great Service Dan Dalthrop was able to help with my car engine issues. He’s been my go to guy every time I when I need help with my Toyota.
Brake repair Been taking my Toyotas to Renton Toyota since 2000 and have had only the best of service. Great personnel, comfortable waiting room, and wonderful loaner cars.

Great Customer Service I have been going to them for years although there is a Toyota dealership around the corner from me; I prefer Toyota of Renton. They alway work you in, they're professional and make sure you understand all repairs/service etc. My tires were worn and Kevin explained to me how long I should wait before getting new tires and to shop around for my budget. It didn't try to force me to get tires from them, although he gave me several price quotes. I will continue to use them for service.
2016 sequoia I called two other dealers and they could not get my car in for warranty work. They also had no loaner cars available so I called Renton toyota and they got me in with a loaner and in 24hrs my car was done. Ping was my service writer and he did a great job. Great service
Wonderful car purchase and trade in experience Exceptionally wonderful purchase and trade-in experience. Dinh Mai and Sally Tran and the team were gracious and kind and provided expert and expeditious service at the best possible terms. All expert and friendly service and no sales talk. I purchased and enjoyed Toyotas in different part of the country for more than 30 years and can say that this was truly outstanding.. Drove in with my car old and drove out quickly with a new one, feeling real good.
