NV is simply the best! I was dreading the prospect of setting foot in a car dealership. I did my research online, contacted Toyota of Renton, and within minutes got a reply from NV. Thorough, transparent, accommodating, we set up a test drive for the next day at 10am. Showed up and we were out with car keys in an hour. Maintenance/air bag change Josh was the person helping us throughout the process. He was very great, friendly, and very helpful. When I call back to ask estimate of the time he didn't underestimate the time which was great! I have been to Toyota of Bellevue where they always under estimate the time and we ended up waiting addition hours. I definitely will recommend people here.
Regular mtce Easy quick and efficient, Dan was very friendly and cordial, he explained options and his quote was spot on my Prius came back clean and finished

Great service I bought my new 2017 Prius C from Andy Dao. After prior shopping experiences, it was nice to not receive the 'hard sell'. I had contacted him a few days later thinking something was wrong with the car (which was not the case) and he was very helpful, and even followed up with me, when he could have chosen not to do so. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car.
