I’ve had my car service at the Renton location Every employee is so helpful, so caring and the waiting area is clean comfortable. Best coffee and free as well. I have done every service at Toyota since I bought my car and every experience has been positive
Regular maintenance Really should vacume cars when serviced as well as make sure all parts are still on the car when returned to the owner. Car wash took off the back of my mirror! :)

In and out quick, efficient Drove in, no appointment. Was on the shuttle to my office within ten minutes. Called later in the day to let me know the shuttle was on the way to pick me up, pleasant driver, a few minutes of paperwork and I'm on the road again. Wish it could be like this everywhere.
