The best car buying experience!!! Mark Hernandez (salesman) was never pushy. We test drove three cars and Mark was really patient. His laid back demeanor actually encouraged me to buy. It was an easy buying experience.
Great service Came for an oil change and they also checked for any recalls on my car. The staff are friendly and they tell you if they have any service specials applicable to you.
Maintenance champs Toyota of Renton has done all the maintenance on my 2008 Rav-4, up to 157,000 miles. Just drive it 7000 miles to NYC, Charlotte, S.C. And back. No problems. Service was quick, and the technicians are always pleasant.
Oil change and to scheduling 100,000 miles service I bought my 2011 Toyota Prius at Toyota of Renton, seven years ago. It is the best car I have ever owned. Customer Service Customer service was great. I did a 120k maintenance tuneup and brake replacement. I was provided a loaner car for the day and they completed service the same day.
Peter was Awesome took his time let us do what we Peter was awesome treated us with respect let us ask any questions or waited till we asked him questions didn’t pressure us and answered all the ones we needed I would recommend him anytime

Sale was great We came in looking for I for and left with a truck, Dale at the Renton store was awesome, talked to us and treated us like family and not just a sale, even followed up and made sure we were still happy and everything was good, thank you for having quality employees who care.
