Chris is Great She gets me in and out pretty fa... I bought my Prius at Doxon in Auburn but I take it to get it serviced for various things and I get good service at Renton Toyota

Service Car was making noises, couldn't replicate. However, battery died right there at dealership. So glad i wasn't in traffic. Thankful beyond words. Grateful for the service department
Best customer service in town I am always pleased by the excellent customer service and how quickly the service is performed. The service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly and explain clearly the issues and cost. I can rely on Toyota of Renton to be honest and accurate as well as provide an all- around good customer experience. I especially appreciated the excellent service I received from assistant service manager Ruiz Cornell on my recent visit.
Finally a good car buying experience I have used Renton Toyota for years because of there expertise and service. This is the first time buying a car here and I am super satisfied. They helped me find the car we wanted at a price that worked for us. Overall a very satisfying experience. Sally was the best.
Oil change I went in for an oil change and Doug, the service manager, was very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
Transmission service As usual my service needs were meet with good communication and quality. Work was completed well with in the timeframe given and cost was below estimate given.
Brenda I purchased my car (new) from Toyota of Renton in 2002. Enjoyed the experience then and now even more! Riz is one of the best agents with whom I have worked! He was patient and caring. Initially, I had other obligations to manage prior to my car repairs. Riz carefully explained my timeline for all work. Upon my return, ALL issues were handled as he indicated. I am impressed with the work and my car feels GREAT!!! Enjoyed the 2018 Rav4 hybrid loaner too! I will continue to work with Toyota of Renton for years to come.
