Amazing customer service! My rear hatch got stuck open in a parking lot and in trying to close it I inadvertently caused body damage to my new 2017 RAV 4 hybrid. I used ToyotaCare and was towed to Renton Toyota. Within 20 minutes Stacy had me set up in a loaner vehicle, retrieved necessary work items from my car and sent me off in time to watch my daughter?s gymnastics meet. Fast and Friendly I bought my 2017 Prius Two in November 2017 and came for the first free service in April 2018. Both experiences were smooth and easy.
