Alternator Issues My alternator went out two days before my vacation. Ben Thompson in the service center was amazing and the best help even when I wasn't able to bring my car in before I left. I returned from vacation at 12:30pm and was able to get my car in just before 6pm. As promised a loaner was ready for me when I arrived and they quickly got me signed in.
