The way a car buying experience should be No pressure, laid back yet professional service. This is the way a car dealership should be run. They have a sense of humor and are willing to please. Thank you for denying us the loaner car! Bad service Yesterday I had oil change for my highlander at renton Toyota, i had request to car wash but atter they're done . I drived home and find out it's my car still dirty , they didn't wash my car.
RIPOFF, not to be trusted in new car purchase Gave them a check and they asked me to wire funds instead. Spoke with Fred Johnson on phone to confirm they had the check for me to pick up when I wired. They took the wire and the check. Dishonest/criminal.
Don't stand behind their cars I got a brand new Tacoma in mid-November. on December 21st, I started my car, turned the defrost on high, and waited for the ice on my winshield to melt. I saw a little Starburst crack form, then suddenly splinter out in both directions to form a 2-foot crack across my winshield. Renton Toyota couldn't care less.
