Good service advisor, waiting room refurnished, clean and bright with new chairs
This service was mileage based. I made an appointment for the service. The service advisor explained the scheduled work to be done. I waited on car in the Customer Lounge. The work was completed as promised and on time.

My salesman, Gerald, was good but has not followed thru with the form to get a second key. This was part of the deal. I still have not received a reply or acknowledgment of my email sent 3 days ago.
