It was only an oil change, so no problem. I haven't gotten my car wash coupon for my last 2 visits. I keep getting very frequent "reminders" to rotate my tires (2 reminders today!). They told me they would update my record to delete tire rotation reminders because I don't need rotation. I've only driven 1800 miles. Please update my record and delete these frequent reminders.
Everything was good - quick service The only problemis tht I keep getting emails saying that service I had done is due. or past due.

I don't trust anyone else with my Toyota. Always quick, efficient, and done right the first time.
Service manager seemed nice. I came in for an oil change and after discussing a need for a tire rotation, fuel and oil treatment, and an alignment. I agreed to all minus the the alignment. I do believe all work was completed. Except for the tire rotation. I did mark the tires. So I do know that is the case. The oil seems clean and for the treatments. I liked the way my car was taken almost immediately and the problem was quickly diagnosed and solved. I was quoted a total price for the work by service manager Benito Najera but when I went to pay I was confronted by a much higher bill. The cashier did finally give me the correct price but she did so without a smile or an apology. This is very minor but it makes a difference to the customer.
