I am always happy with the service I receive at Toyota at Richardson. However, the wait time in the drive-in to the service center garage to see a Service Rep. is a lot longer than it has been in the past even when the line is short. But that is not a negative when they have always taken good care of me as a customer and care of my car to my satisfaction.

Service was quick which is always valued. However the overall process is very transactional. I have to read through the invoice to confirm what was actually done. I didn't receive the report for my alignment and no heads up on anything that was identified on the inspection. My tire thread was marked in the middle. An explanation would be helpful like you're half way through your thread life and can expect 20k-25k miles more on your tires. Something along those lines.
They did the proper maintenance but missed several larger issues like a cracked bumper & missing piece of the under cover. Through many frustrated phone calls we got a wonderful manager named Darrell who researched our issues all the way back to the original seller at auction. Eventually the dealership offered to pay for the repair of the cracked under cover if we bought it. Then the front bumper got cracks & the engine light came on.
