It was good in and out . The only problem that i notice is that they don't offer free car wash like the other Toyota dealers . Making me want to go to these other places instead

All was going well with the appointment until I received a text for additional services. I agreed to the services, but was never informed that would mean another 2 hours of sitting in the waiting room. I completely understood additional time would be required with my acknowledgement, but not 2 hours! I later found out that a Staff Meeting was held during this time which contributed to the added wait time.
Casey helped me get the needed services done on my car and got me in and out quickly. He is always professional and friendly.
