I always work with one rep, Lee. He makes sure things are up to date, done right, and doesn't seem to recommend anything that doesn't need done. Lee helps me keeping the old Taco running well. Hoping to get another 200k out of her!

I took my car for the car Inspection due this month of April. My technical advisor and Toyota personnel provided me with excellent service. Very pleased.

We drove to Richardson from the Austin area (about 3 1/2 hours) on a Saturday. Jacob had provided us some info prior to us driving up. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted and the truck we were interested had been washed in preparation of our arrival. Over all we had a good experience. However, this dealership is attempting to charge several thousand dollars in "dealer fees" which was not mentioned till we were negotiating. Sadly this is how the dealership try's to increase their margin.
