I just recently purchased this truck, therefore this was my experience with Toyota of Richardson and fortunately it was excellent. My service advisor Oliver was awesome! Having a vehicle serviced is not something one looks forward to but having such a pleasant make it somewhat bearable.

Service advisor again wanted to do what he could get for commission. Pushed the fuel service, ignored my request for 4w alignment ( I just bought 4 new tires that morning) he knew the service would only take a few hours and then called when done. Except for the missing 4w alignment, everything seems to be okay. Really disappointed that Toyota doesnt provide a real maintenance schedule for their main brand vehicles and leaves it up to local service advisor to negotiate the most expensive service they can talk the customer int... read more

When I got in my car to drive home after the service, the outside cover of my driver-side mirror was lying in my passenger seat. I parked, walked back with it in my hand, and asked "why is this in my seat instead of where it goes on my mirror?" A man said "they probably didn't put it back on because they were afraid it would break." He placed it back where it belonged and it snapped on easily. The people I talked with were very kind and seemed to care. However, I've been trying to talk with the manager for weeks, but cannot get a feasible appointment. I was extremely disappointed that I could not use my cc. They made me finance, which so far has cost me hundreds. The cost of the Prius was thousands more than I expected, thousands more than the cost online. I do not have a spare key yet. I do not have a manual yet, so I can't use any of the Prius features yet.
