The service at Toyota of Richardson is the best. They are honest and willing to make things right if they make a mistake - which is extremely rare. Brandon is my favorite service rep there.

The requested service was performed quickly. During the service I received a list of additional recommended maintenance items. Most had already been performed at the dealership at the recommended interval or not due until the next service. The service department should check my vehicle maintenance record before sending me additional maintenance items.
AGAIN I am sick and tired of their "self proclaimed expert" salespeople at the point of entry---- telling you that you need new tires!!!!!!!!!! Hey I just bought the car!!!!!!!!!!! Last time they told me to buy a new tire--- I took it to repair shop and they laughed-- removing a small nail from the tred. This time they told me scuff marks meant that my tire was too worn out to drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If this continues I will report them on every social media outlet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Simply put, there is a little Bait and Switch that happens here. The listed price you come in for is not the final price, do not go in expecting the great feel you found online. They added about 2k of extra dealer cost the claimed was to cover the mechanical check up and repairs. Really ? On a 2021 Toyota with 11k miles? They also tried to slip the platinum package extended warranty in 3 times after I said no. Its still under factory warranty. Not a great experience but I got an OK deal on hopefully a great Rav 4.
