They dealt with a problem caused by another auto repair company in Dallas area. They fixed the problems and my charge was very minimal. very kind.

The entire buying experience was handled efficiently and professionally. The take was friendly, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used. The transition from person to person through the different parts of the process was smooth and no repeating of information was necessary. I am exceptionally pleased with how my trade in and purchase was handled.

Car service was great and I was asked about aditional costs before work proceeded. Service advisor was inexperienced and tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. He couldn't even pull up my car's full history, so I pulled it up on my phone using their own app. After questioning all the stuff he wanted me to get, we removed $1,000 of unnecessary maintenance. It was smooth sailing after that, so I hope he soon gains the experience he needs to excel at his job.

The car and the purchase experience was great. The issue I have is when I returned to the dealer to pick up my plates, I told them the second key fob I received was not even for my vehicle. He said to throw it away. No mention of making it right for the spare keyfob
