Extremely easy to deal with, I bought a used car from Toyota of Richardson, but will buy future new cars from them. They made car purchasing a joy and not a cumbersome business transaction.

The associates are very nice people and treat everyone very well. I have changed all of my old tyres and got the best service.
It was great got out in record time and a shuttle took me home and brought me back so I could go about my business instead of just waiting.
Lovely people, courteous service. Even jampacked on a Saturday everyone was patient and explained services performed thoroughly.

It was a long wait but it was expected. I had couples expresso and watched a movie so it was a good.
Terrific service. Big shoulder service manager, Jaime Lovell, had helped me. He was very nice and honest with my needs. He was able to tell me more items that I might need to change and fix. Very nice man, would like to have him help me more in the future when I come back to this location. He is very seasoned and knows the business. Trust him with any of my Toyota vehicles.
