The service was great. The Zaktec paint treatment looks really good All free / included in my lease
The employee that serviced my car did not inform me he would add engine oil additives during my routine oil change. I did not ask for it and it ended up costing me about $40 extra.

On New Years Eve a bullet went thru the tail-gate window of my, less than a year old, Rav4 Hybrid. While replacing the rear glass, the "Glass" people (Not Toyota) managed to delete the recognition of my car from the electrical system. (None of my buttons would work.) And the tailgate would not completely latch. My husband arrived at Toyota one stop light ahead of me and by the time I arrived, Lee already had the tailgate latched and was on his head in the front seat working on the wiring.
